Lil'Max is hiding on his Poppa. Moments later, he steps backwards and has a bum tumble. His worry? He fell onto the calle....muy pelligro!!
Buenos tardes. Max has cooked some camarones, almost knocked his madre out while doing so, and is currently sitting in front of me watching Tractor Tom. He was not interested in Bananas in Pyjamas that I found on the Disney Channel. Phew...good news as he has almost no TV time and we prefer it that way.
It is 220pm with a late lunch on the go. Max had a super long siesta...he must have needed it and the meds he took pre-siesta probably assisted.
Health? Full of energy and this morning no coughing but this afternoon the cough seems to have returned. Mismo para padre...mas energía but I still have tos as well. Hoping to head to el gimnasio mañana, after taking one more day off.
The noche? One wake up and Max slept straight through until 530am. Patient until the videos started at 615am and then onto the rest of our morning. Tranquilo time, huge desayunos and then we had a short prowl with the destination being SCA for some huevos and other items.
They love Max there and peeps know to stand clear when Max come barrelling down the aisles with his chico cart.
We pit-stopped at the casa, dropped off our abarrotes and then loaded up the camioneta verde...onto Santa Cruz.
Good wheeling around there, but it was a bit of a maze as they are setting up for a triathlon, so there were fences everywhere. The parque was clear and after touring there, we were off to INM and picked up Max's new tarjeta, a card he was proud to walk around and show everyone that was in the oficina.
And a new part of Max's own rutinas? He breaks out into song and sings Gilligan's Island. He did it in the oficina and the 2 senoritas stopped what they were doing so they could listen to him. And ayer, Max walked up to an hombre that was sitting on a park bench, and started singing. The hombre had a chat with him and Max just kept singing away.
Post INM, another tour of Santa Cruz and then home for the loooong siesta. And of course, hola hola to the leche y libros.
The camarones were "delicious" as Max would say and when I asked him who cooked him, his reply was "lil'Max". He is talking lots and we are really enjoying having conversations with him as well as answering the many questions he has about things.
Actually there are only two or three questions, but about many things. What make that noise? What is this? What this do?
Ok, I am about to have a tranquilo'ish afternoon as the familia heads out to playa Entrega. So, onto the fotos.
Max has become fascinated with the shoe laces in his tenis. He can spend 10 minutes just putting laces in and taking them out.
About to head down the stairs, Max decides to give his Poppa the "Hulk out" smile.
Followed by some cute Max faces.
The devil'ish grin.
And our muy feliz niño.
Touring around Santa Cruz.
The foto may not do it justice, but check out the ojos on this gato.
There was a familia of gatos y gatitos under this butchered volcho. Max is counting some of the 6 kittens we saw.
Touring the park side of Santa Cruz.
He may not talk on his cell phone while driving...but this is probably more dangerous. Oh Max!!
Whipping around a corner.
If this was Nascar, he is heading into the marbles.
Both feet up...he is hauling butt!!
Hey, just walked the familia out to the camioneta verde and popped in to grab some papas para la cena. Every TV in town is tuned to the Copa de Mundo and mañana, expect to receive less then stellar servicio starting at 11am as that is when Mexico plays Cameroon. You all know which playera Max will be wearing for his prowl!!
Nube obscura rolling in and I can hear some thunder in the montañas, but it is HOT.
30,0 feeling like 42,0...time for a shower!!
Ok, tranquilo time...getting the casa ready for tonight as well as getting la cena cooked!! And time to watch the News from anoche!!
I will finish this off tonight.
Hasta pronto.
Buenos noches. Some thunder, but no lluvia...just more heat!! The familia had a fun time at the playa and Max did a lot of swimming I am told. He must have been missing his swimming as he has not been since domingo.
They arrived home with a few minutos to spare and then it was onto pollo muslo para la cena. Clean up, tina time and round 1 of bed time is under way.
Mañana? Soriana viernes and of course Max also needs to make the rounds in his Mexico playera!!
Have a great Friday y hasta mañana.
Marco, Bexico y Max
