Peek a boo and buenos noches!!
New record....30,0 grados and 75% humido!! It was a dripping wet humido día. And on the night of 23 de mayo, there was lluvia!! We awoke to a wet parking lot...not much water, but there was definitely some precipitation last night.
And at what time did we discover there had been some lluvia? Madre y Max saw it at 5am...doph...and I managed to get a peek at it 6am. Yup...the familia's early wake up calls continue.
So off for the 7am prowl, desayunos and then another prowl after breakfast. It was an overcast morning so no need for a gorra and it was cooler until noon when the sun poked through the clouds and the humido peaked.
Max was a trooper and made it 5.5 hours before signs of being cansado poked through. We were almost home and leche was waiting for us...phew.
Good siesta and then the decision was made to skip Mojon. Por que? Not too sunny and the parents were pooped.
So I went to the gym and today instead of going to the playa, madre y Max did their own prowl around town and then had some pool time in the CP alberca.
Me? Off to the sweat box and then I took a dip in the pool....missed the familia by minutes. Doph.
Easy dinner, tina time and due to madre humming Gilligan's, Max was pretty much asleep when The Whisperer went in to check on the two of them. Score.
And that was the día.

Super friendly peeps who live in Oaxaca and come to Huatulco to sell their goods in the zocalo. They often have their hija with them, Max's amiga, but today she was still in Oaxaca.

I was walking by a liquor store and the senora that works there waved me in. I took off my iPod and
went in to say hola. She was excited to tell me that "mas o menos"...Crown Royal might be in stock in the next diez días!! Now, mas o menos is kinda like mañana...it could be 10 days, 20 days or maybe 30 days. Ja ja ja.
Wow...viernes already? No weekend plans other then the race...hee hee hee. But I am sure we will be busy, and pooped, at the end of the weekend!!
