Buenos noches!!

That was Max laying some lippage onto his favorite frog. Almost every day we walk by this tienda and his excitement has not waned one bit (hee hee hee).

And on the 14th night, there was humido!! We had gotten off fairly easy the last month or so, as normally we really feel the humido kick in mid abril.

But this year it has been cooler and even some night time breezes!! All that changed last night with a full blast of humido. At 930pm it was 34,0 grados with 50% humido…oh a balmy and sticky 43,0 grados.

The heat broke around 1015pm and it dipped to 28,0 grados overnight!! Hot season is here.

Well, sorpresa, sorpresa. Christy Clark is still the Premier of BC, and Max slept in until 615am!!

Padre was afforded the luxury of a sleep in and Bex took the lil’guy for the waaaay early prowl.

I took over after their return and then it was the usual AM rutina for the boys.

Greaaaat siesta…over 2.5 hours!! Score.

But there is something about starting the afternoon at 2pm. Ja ja ja

Max y madre were headed out to grab some molida res, but didn’t make it to the gates of the CP before Max started rubbing his belly and saying “more”. The lil’man is his mother’s hijo…he likes to eat!!

So they grabbed papas instead and turned around so they could feed the lil’machine.

A wacky afternoon for the two of them as Max is now into pushing the bici, vs sitting in the niño silla. Doph. That can make for some hot and trying times as Max sometimes wants to go places that are not the safest to have a niño be pushing the bike. Uh, like the main calle through town!!

And it can slow down the afternoon. How much? I was headed home from Che, after my gym session, and the familia was just getting to the playa. Doph.

Spirited is the word we use for the lil’hombre, spirited!!

I had a good gym session and scored on some leche fresca at Che!! Then it was some sol time at the alberca and next thing you know, time to cook and get us ready for the PM rutina.

Adding to the wacky afternoon, Max was NOT into playa Chahue or it’s alberca, so they headed home, leche’d up and then went to the mall for some trampoline time.

Home right on time and it was chuleta cerdo miercoles here in B10.

Max was a wacky eater for dinner, but we are sure he will eat more when he is hungry…but please don’t let that be 2 or 3am!!

Nice tina time and a funny FT con Oma y Opa as Max is now using the word “no” more and more. Max, want to give your padre a besito? With a shake of his head, he added “no”. Funny lil’man!!

Great story…madre takes the first 30 minutes of bed time and knows that Max falls asleep when I sing him the theme to Gilligan’s. Now madre doesn’t know all the words, but can sure hum up a tune, so she gave it a go.

And just when she thought Max wasn’t having any of it, she stopped. Max took out his chupy, said “more”, and then stuck his chupy back in. The lil’man makes me laugh!!

The Whisperer scored as all I had to do was roll Max into his cuna and turn on the camera!! And at 9pm, all is well in our casa. I type away with the News on in the background, Bex is back at work, and the lil’man is dreaming about who to give besitos to mañana.

Bex told me that last night he was blowing kisses in his sleep? Lol

Fotos.

We start the prowl.

The decision of where to go next has been made.

And the chase is on.

Pit stop to check out some new fencing.

And then onto the centro with our first stop being Fruver, to ah ah the piña.

We are not big fish eaters, but if we were to buy some, it looks like Martha's attracts a crowd. Good pescado o muy barato? Ja ja ja

And next door, the floreria.

Max seems to know all about paletas...y senoritas!!

They are setting up the zocalo for a exposición de cafe. Not sure when it starts...stay tuned.

Max just wants to help when he sees a broom.

Or maybe he was giving direction like a true born leader!!

A few palomas to chase off the grass.

Hmmmm? Free eye exams outside the iglesia, church? Is this where the phrase "I have seen the light" comes from?

Slow day on the walk to el gimnasio. Just some bar clothes, from a restaurante, drying on a trailer.

Mañana? We will take the day as it comes.

Have a great jueves!!

Marco, Bexico y Max
