Hola hola!! That was Max, post desayunos and pre-prowl. He was running around with his wooden camion, when he decided to pit stop to look at a book with his favorite characters in it. Hola to Winnie y Piglet.

Currently 745pm and it is HOT and muggy. Phew.

Bex and Max are on round 1 and I suspect The Whisperer will be heading into the chill room for a few verses of Gilligan’s.

For many reasons, there are complaints about that…I love mi hijo being #1…but being in the 27,0 grado room for a while is NOT a bad thing!! Ja ja ja

Good night sleep for the lil’man and I was up before 7am so we could do our first prowl and greet all the CP trabajadores as they arrive for work at 7am. Yikes.

Usual AM rutina but it was extra nice on our 2nd prowl, as we saw a niño we know and he some peeps with him that we had not met before.

The niño is about 7 or 8 years old and we have seen him a few times. He always yells out “hola Max” and Max responds with a wave. We then mosey over and Max will lay an abrazo on him.

The two senoras were very curious about us and about the lil’man. They could not believe how old he was and how big he was for those 18 meses.

I sat on a stoop and Max prowled around and was so well behaved that again the senoras were amazed. They laughed at all the animal sounds Max can make and were excited to see that he knows as much español as he does.

Always nice to meet some new peeps and share our historia, story.

A good siesta led to a fun afternoon at the playa for Max y madre!!

I headed out in the heat…off to el gimnasio. Good sweat out…work out…and Galdino left me alone in his gym at 245pm. Normally Anita arrives between 3pm and 315pm…but today at 325pm she was still not there.

Now, I was almost ready to leave and there was no one else in the gym. Doph. I had found a padlock that I would have locked up the joint with, when ta-da…Anita arrived. Crazy Mexicans!! Lol

I enjoyed some time in the sol, but even at 415pm it was only 15 minutes before I needed to take a dip in the alberca.

The family arrived looking hot, so Max leche’d up and Bex showered up and 30 minutes later, it was time for la cena. Bex is trying something new…one plate that her and Max share. Por que? Because no matter what, Max only wants to eat off Bex’s plato, even if he has the same food on his plate o tray. Oh Max.

He packed away a ton of dinner and then off to tina time, a long FT con Oma y Opa and now bed time…and you are all caught up.

Fotos.

Max in top speed, headed to the llanta of the camion.

When out of the fence pops an arm...just in time.

Because of the arm, Max stopped, turned to his derecha and gave Marcos a "low 5".

If he had not veered to the right, I am sure he would have hit that lil'pile of you know what, that some perro had left on the sidewalk. Phew!!

What does Max spot?

Hoy, it was a camion de Coca Cola.

Back to super-sonic speed.

I know his memory is working fine, because he has stopped at this spa.

Look at his intense stare. He is looking at a diploma on the wall, that has a Canadian flag on it and that he remembers from out other walks.

At one of many tiendas we stop at, so Max can prowl. Here he is ah ah'ing the Sabritas marca.

The hombre that runs this tienda, always says hola and knowing Max loves huevos, always pulls one out from behind the counter, which makes Max smile.

And at the next tienda, Max is looking for a cold beer. Naaah...he wanted to see some Coca Cola.

Prowling outfit.

We were not in this tienda for very long as Max is NOT into shopping for ropa, clothes.

When Max spots something he wants you to see and acknowledge, he makes sure he gets your attention.

And what did Max spot? Today it was another of his favorite marcas, brands.

He likes the Nike swoosh and is pretty good at saying "swooooosh".

Onto the zocalo where they are still setting up the coffee show. I liked the fact they used weaved rugs as sun shade on the booths.

The exposición starts today and runs for 2 days. It looks like there might be a coffee competition and they also had a neat booth that showed off a solar powered coffee roaster.

Just one of those times where you wish Max could fully talk. I would ask him what he is doing and I would be really interested in his answer.

Mañana? Viernes again? Nothing planned. We do look forward to when Max is a little older and doesn’t mind a road trip longer then 30 minutes!! Maybe we have to do another Pochutla trip before the rains come.

Have a great viernes!!

Marco, Bexico y Max
