The lil'man taking a breather mid-prowl.
Hola hola y Feliz Cumpleaños to Tío
Bernie!!
Adios to AV…thanks for all the success
you helped bring the Canucks and buen suerte where ever you end up.
Currently 725pm and while madre gives
Max his tina time, a perfect time to slip into Max’s chill room and punch out a
few lines before the final clean up and pre-bed time bouncing. Oh yes, there is
pre-bed time bouncing!!
Breaking News…Max slept in until
630am!! That meant padre managed a sleep in as well…gracias madre!!
The usual AM rutina and even though Max
started off saying “no” to all his fruta, by the end of desayunos, it was adios
to his fruta, some bagel, huevos, salchichas y yogurt. Oh he likes to eat!!
Good walk, lots of fotos to follow, and
then a good siesta. A score all around!!
Usual PM rutina for all, the familia
was off to impress peeps at playa Santa Cruz and after sweating it out in the
40,0 plus grado gimnasio, off to Che where for the 4th week in a
row…I scored on some leche fresca...on a miercoles!!
By the time I was home and unpacked,
too late for alberca time…time to set up para la cena y the PM rutina.
Chops for dinner con papas
puree…yummy!!
Easy dinner, tina time, tranquilo FT
con Oma y Opa and now we wait and see if Max is wound down or up as we attempt
leche time y bed time.
And that was the día.
Misc
For the past few weeks I would say to
Max “guess what?”. Then I would point to myself and say “I love…” and then
point to him and say “you”.
Today as I was headed to el gimnasio, I
did the same and he pointed to himself and very clearly said “I love you”. Bex
and I were thrilled!! And just another reason why we are so happy to be able to
be with Max full time…no moments like that missed!!
Did I mention there is a Sam’s Club in
Salina Cruz, 2 hours away? They now have added an oficina in our local mall and
Bex has picked up some info.
First glance says the membership is
$450 pesos/year and that they will deliver here to Huatulco one week after you
order your goods from the tienda here in town. Stay tuned…Crown Royal at Sams? Ja
ja ja
Weather? No rain yet but before the
rains come, we normally see the sun start to disappear shortly after noon, the
clouds roll in and then around 4pm, the dark rain clouds arrive.
Those days are upon us so it might not
be long now. I felt it would be 15 de junio, based on historia, but today in
the veggie store, an hombre was adamant that lluvia was coming this week.
More evidence storm season is coming? I can see some lightning off in the montaña and the Shaw dish has lost it's signale. Doph.
Fotos.
Lots of escaleras today.
Not sure who Max is trying to hypnotize.
Jardín prowl.
The camioneta verde has been spotted.
But first, time to give some direction to Marcos who is installing new fencing and screening.
Onto the carretilla.
Off the grounds and into the centro...one of Fonatur's Picassos.
Only one thing gets Max this excited.
Ah ah...autobus!!
I am tired...taxi!!
Mañana? Our cleaner sometime between
915am and 930am…not bad for a scheduled 9am start time. Doph. But she works
hard for her $200 pesos.
We are planning a late season Mojon
trip for viernes…stay tuned for fotos and updates on what the olas have done to
the playa!!
Have a great jueves.
Marco, Bexico y Max
