Shake it to your right, shake it to your left!!
Hola hola!!
What a great day to be
Max’s padres!! He brought us another day full of fun and excitement!!
A better sleep last night
and tonight he fell asleep somewhere between 645pm and 720pm…when I came in to
relieve madre and found them both asleep!!
Knock wood…here’s hoping
for another great night…but mañana max could use a longer siesta as hoy, it was
a shortie at 90 minutes only.
By the time la cena was
ready, Max was pooped. He made it through dinner and then had us in stitches
when he had a laughing spell, and then off to tina time, a FT con the abuelos
and then it was lights out.
Best parts of our day?
Madre said it was the 6am snugs with her lil’hombre, but it now might be tied
with the post dinner laughing, as it was hilarious to see, but music to our
ears to hear him so happy.
Best part of my day? Could
be the siesta, but I would say it was the flower shop adventure. We stopped
into a flower shop so Max could smell the flores.
We had been there many
times before and they all know Max, so it was hola y Buenos das as Max went
about smelling flowers. The senora working had her 3 year old hija with her and
this girl loves Max.
First off a hug and a
besito (small kiss) and then the two of them were running around this very
small flower shop. Max was screaming and laughing while being chased and then
chasing the niña. Me...what was I doing? Stopping him from falling out the door and from falling
into the display of flower vases!!
Fifteen minutes later,
padre has worked up a good sweat and it is time to go!! Off to the kiosko,
where Max met another amiga of his and then he had another 15 minutes of
running and screaming with joy.
And when pooped out, headstand!!
Let’s see…other then the
20 peeps that we saw on our AM walk, how many more peeps said hola to Max, by
name? As Bex y Max were on the bici heading to the playa, a taxi driver said
hola.
While walking past the
pool heading to the playa, another hola and then some guy swimming in del mar
also said hola.
Bex and I agree…waaay cool
to have this many peeps genuinely say hola to Max!!
Rest of the día? Normal AM
rutina and VERY happy to have a centro walk con the lil’guy. Che is necessary,
but nothing energizes me in the morning, like walking around town with the muy
famoso lil’guy!!
I did hit the gym and had
a pit stop to catch up with Daniel. All nice peeps at the jewellery store and
they always tell me to say hola to Bex.
No pool time for me as I
came home and made a pasta dinner and did the PM rutina set up.
Bex took the lil’guy out
for a verdura run and that allowed me time t get the place set up. When they
came back, we swapped out so Bex could get Max’s dinner ready, something she
does everyday.
And you are all caught up.
Rest of the fotos.
This senora usually gives Max a rose petal when he prowls by. Today was no different.
I like this foto because they are having a discussion without saying anything.
And then off to look at some more water meters.
Score!! $10 more pesos for the college fund!!
From my walk to/from el gimnasio.
Una artista stands back to admire his work.
While another plys his trade on a mango!!
Hey, all you Ontario
readers, hope you are bundled up and have survived the snow storm. We had temps
of 32,0 grados and a very chilly 26,0 last night. Hee hee hee.
Mañana? Gwen, our cleaner,
arrives at 9am and I think Max and I will be on our walk or at Che. Must
remember to leave the door unlocked this time!! Ja ja ja
Might go to the rico gym
as mine is cerrado, if not…hola to some alberca time. Or maybe I join the
familia at the playa?
Domingo? El Mojon!! And
then some of Bex’s yummy pizza para la cena!!
Have a great fin de
semana!!
Currently 815pm and Max needed some agua. After the agua, I held him in my arms and then he ripped one!! He looked at me and smiled a wide grin for 5 minutes!! Oh Max!!
Marco, Bexico y Max
