Hola hola!!
Who gets bored of reading
about how Max slept last night? If so, skip this next paragraph!!
Up for an hour from
midnight until 1am and then up for good at 545am. Ouch. The worst part? It was
my night to be with the lil’guy, but when he stirred at midnight, he wanted
only his madre, so she took over.
And did she take over…for
the next hour and then until 7am when the familia woke me up.
Madre hit the sack and the
boys went through the AM rutina, and off to Che when Cindy, our cleaner,
finally arrived.
Good Che day, scored on
some leche fresca and then it was home to leche up the lil’guy and then siesta
time.
So, how long did it take
the lil’guy to fall asleep? Let’s see…short nap ayer, not a long sleep anoche
and he had been awake for over 4 hours already? Hmmm….how about 10 minutes?
So padre came in ready to
help the lil’snoozer fall asleep…and ta da, madre has closed the show!!
So we transferred the
precious cargo and based on the aforementioned facts, how long do you think
the lil’hombre slept for? One hour? Mas. Two horas? Mas. Tres horas!!!
Oh padre played a few
games of solitaire on his iPod, but also managed some snooze time too.
830pm UPDATE
Max is asleep, Bex is
baking a banana bread for us and I updating you. Bex is also prepping the pizza
para mañana and has found the secreto in the fridge!!
I was going to surprise
her via the blog, but she found the cheddar cheese in the fridge. Yup…padre
found some REAL cheddar cheese at SCA!!
Now, it ain’t cheap…$135
pesos for 900 gramos…over $10 Cdn!! But after having no cheddar for over 9
months, a small price to pay. The caja was curioso why the bill was so high (I
bought 2 blocks) and why I was sooo contento, happy.
I explained it to her, but
I think she thinks I am nuts. Ja ja ja
Either way…welcome to
Bubba Burrito lunes, martes y possibly miercoles!!
Ok, back to the day.
After the 3 hour siesta
ended at 130pm, tiempo para la comida and then the familia went to the playa
and I did some running around for pan, verdura, fruta y queso!!
Some alberca time and then
it was prep for la cena. Oh so good lomo de cerdo, but it went in late and it
was a big one…so it took a while.
No issues as Max was a
trooper and after la cena, a quick FT con the abuleos, tina time and then off
to bed.
And you are all caught up.
No fotos when the day
happens like today did. Off to Mojon mañana and I hope to make it up to you!!
Have a great domingo…especially
if you are still digging out of the nieve, snow.
Marco, Bexico y Max
