Buenos noches!! That was the lil’guy playing with Iron Man, un regalo from his tío Terry.

What a great Superbowl!! Max and I did make it down to Pucks, but too many peeps and waaaay too many TVs for the lil’guy.

So instead of walking around and showing off his touchdown moves, we said hola to a few peeps, guzzled back a Coca Light and headed home para la cena and to watch the game.

Burger domingo, a FT con the abuelos, tina time and at 915pm, Bex is in the oficina, Max is dreaming about pollo and I am hard at work!!

The rest of our day? Up at 630am and the boys conducted the AM rutina and then woke up madre so we could hit the road for Mojon.

Now normally Max would hit the playa running and due to the fact that we left town at 10am, Max would have only been awake 4 hours or so by the time we arrive.

But not today. In a very raro occurance, Max fell asleep in his car seat.

So do we wake him up or let him sleep? We went with letting him sleep and we parked the camioneta under some trees to keep it cool.

I lugged some bags to the palapa and madre hung out with the lil’guy. It was only a 30 minute siesta, so we knew a 2nd nap was due.

But for now…playa time!!

Here are the fotos.

Here is the evidence!!

Traffic jam at Mojon.

What them peeps doing on my playa?

Any problems with those peeps and Max will Hulk it out.

Based on the smiles, I think he is enjoying himself.

Based on the wide open yapper, I think he is enjoying himself!!

Check out that red hair!!

Max is not timido, especially on HIS playa!!

The peeps did say hola, but were not overly friendly. That always confuses Max (and us). Why not stop and chat is what Max thinks.

Downward dogs. Madre's back is tight and she is stretching it out. Max is getting in on the action.

I would say Max's back is tight, but I would be lying. He just wanted to see the oceano through his legs!!

Now this is how the boys should spend every domingo!!

We did leave Mojon early to ensure Max (y madre?) had a solid 2nd nap and by 3pm Max was asleep in his bedroom.

I puttered around and when the familia awoke, Max decided he would not be happy. Huh? We think it was his teeth, as his emotions were swinging from happy to super unhappy.

We were closing in on Superbowl time and wasn’t sure it was going to happen as the lil’guy might not be in the mood.

So we went for a walk on the grounds and as we neared the alberca, the lil’guy went crazy for the pool.

Now I had just told Bex that I did not think the lil’guy would not want to go in the pool…and how wrong I was!! Only one thing to do and the boys did it. We went in!! No swim attire, but hey, you do what it takes to keep your hijo contento!!

Max was happy and then we dragged our wet butts back to the casa to face the musica!! Naaaah. Madre was a-ok and understood the dealio.

It was 530pm and I thought the trip to pucks would be out due to our PM schedule, but I was convinced it could happen and glad we went, even if it was only for 10 minutes. Hey, Max’s 2nd annual SB visit to Pucks…needed to keep the tradition going!!

And you are all caught up!!

Mañana? El gimnasio to work off some banana bread and el banco (the correct one!!) to pick up our pesos!!

Have a great lunes.

Marco, Bexico y Max
