Buenos noches y Feliz Cumpleaños to mi padre…Opa, as Max knows him!!

Those were some drawings done by Max's talented madre. Things are good on the work front as yesterday contracts were signed for the 3 films and today she got word that even though she could not complete 100 drawings in the next 12 days (100 hours of work in 12 days?), the client hopes she can complete 20. Score!!

As for hoy, it was a pretty straight forward día. I had the Max last night and he stirred once around 1am and then was awake for leche at 3am. Leche’d up for 15 minutes and then some TNT for 20 or so and then lights out until 7am!! Score.

Usual rutina and it was going well until desayunos. I think it is his dientes again and biting down on the cinnamon shaker sure didn’t help.

The tears flowed and that woke madre up….just in time as it was a Mojon day.

Madre soothed the lil’guy, padre cleaned up, made his beach lunch and then got ready to go.

We pit stopped at the hospital but we did not find any official looking peeps. Bex talked to another madre and they said no vacunas until mañana…so tomorrow morning off to the hospital we go.

Great day at Mojon but Max only grabbed 45 minutes of shut eye during his nap, so we needed to be careful that he didn’t “crash” and become PG as that is NO fun for anyone.

Only 45 minutes for the lil’guy? Heck, even I managed more then that!! Yup, after Max woke up, madre took over and the hamaca called my name for another 45 minutes. Maybe the AM siesta is more for me then it is for Max? Ja ja ja

Nice day on the playa, not too much viento, but it was cooler. Low olas but we did see a few surfers taking advantage of the changing tide.

Max had a blast as usual and we did our share of keeping Mojon clean by picking up enough garbage to fill a garbage bag. Most of it was stuff that was washed up on shore, but we had some basura around the calle and our lot too.

Trust us…Max will learn right from wrong when it comes to throwing his trash on the ground!!

We wanted to get Max home before he was too tired, so we hit the road after 4 hours or so at Mojon. We tried to get him to take a car nap, but it was a no go.

Once home, Bex cleaned up and then hit the alberca con Max and I hit Che and then joined the familia for a quick splash antes la cena.

No scores at Che unless you count the cinnamon and brown sugar coated Pop Tarts!! Oh Bubba!! Pollo for tomorrow’s cena and chuletas de cerdo for tonight…oh so good!!

Good dinner, Max held on like a trooper, then off for tina time and a FT con Oma y Opa and then it was bed time. The Whisperer did not have to come in at all as the lil’guy managed to rid himself of his hiccups and practically fell asleep while drinking his leche.

Currently 750pm, Max is asleep, Bex is hard at work in the oficina and I am tuning into Global News. Max just stirred…needed his chupy and some agua.

You know, it is so warm and even though we have the fan on the lil’guy, he wakes up because he needs his agua. You know those feeders in gerbil cages? We are thinking of using some zap straps and strapping Max’s agua bottle to the side of his cuna. What do you think?

Fotos.

Another tough day in Mexico.

This foto was taken while BOTH the boys were lights out!!

These next ones come from a trip to playa Chahue that Max y Bex took.

Max is all about helping out!!

Prowling around the pool area.

It is Mexico...even swimming makes you thirsty!!

After laps, time to burn some calories on a stair climb.

One hand on the camera, one hovering an inch behind Max's back.

Back at the condos, the CP trabajadores, workers, all love Max. Here Marcos is giving Max some painting tips.

Mañana? At el hospital for 7am (ugh) and the familia will follow by 815am. We will see how the vacunas go and then see what kind of day we have, but I do know the gym is in the works.

Oh…and there IS some Nascar on too!!

Have a great jueves!!

Marco, Bexico y Max
