Touchdown!! We are almost ready for the Superbowl!!
As for sleep training, we are making progress!!
The lil’guy can fall asleep on his own, but it takes almost an hour…and it is
not in his cuna, but on the bed.
So after 30 minutes of
having leche and some toss n’turn, padre comes in and the lil’guy wanted to
sleep, but like a restless perro, he turned over and over until he finally
found a position that worked, and was asleep.
Then I moved him to the
cuna, and he promptly woke up and needed to be held for a few minutes until he
was lights out again. And we have had success with round #2!!
Currently 910pm and get
ready for a ton of fotos.
And then off for our walk and Max found a puerta. He loves to open and close doors and all I do is count his fingers before and after he has closed the door!!
Here Max is intrigued by an hombre making jewelry in the tienda next door.
And then the hombre, who knew Max by name, gave him a necklace as a regalo, a gift.
Looking for a high five.
Check the lil'man's hand in motion...he is giving the high five!!
Score $10 more pesos for the school fund!!
Max, una amiga o novia?
Looks like a novia to me!!
But what if your girlfriend saw you running around the house in casual mode?
Not sure what to say about this next foto, or the fact that our downstairs neighbors are making our stomachs turn every time they smack their niños.
Seeing all the niños here, that have to work to help support their families, just makes me cherish our lives that much more.
Ahhh Mexico. This hombre is using his bike as warning to traffic, that he is working in the manhole.
Madre y Max headed to the tailor to pick up our bolsa...which wasn't ready. I knew they were going to pit stop at the parque near mi gimnasio, so I went to say hola before I went to the gym
I knew I was in the right place.
Madre getting her 11,5 kilo workout.
Padre decides he needs to get in on the action.
Padre stealing besos!!
I don't think Max minded.
Time to go.
Phew. A hot day to be lugging around an egg carton box full of pottery...all of which is for sale (of course).
After siesta #2, it was alberca time for Max y madre.
Max is packing a lil'belly!!
Practicing his bubble blowing.
Oh he loves to splash and has the energy needed to go for 30 minutes plus if need be.
There cannot be too many fotos of a smiling niño!!
Mojon? I had the meeting
with Roman and am in possession of all the drawings and plans. I also have the
costings and I have to spend some time converting them into CDN dollars and
then looking at what areas of the design have cost us exactly how much.
So this will take a few
days and then I will gather our list of questions, sit down with Roman again to
get the answers and also review EVERY detail of the plans.
When that is all done, it
will be decision time and Bex and I will review all the pluses and minuses and
make the call. So stay tuned as you will all have our answer in a week or so!!
And when are we going to
Mojon? Mañana!! Bex is getting us all set up and we will be ready to go once
Max has had his desayunos!!
We hope you enjoyed all
the fotos…no guarantees for mañana!!
Have a great jueves.
Marco, Bexico y Max
