Buenos noches!!

Welcome to no foto jueves…lo siento.

Did you feel that? The Earth shuddered as Max slept in until 7am!! Crazy way to start the day, but it did mean we were off to Mojon before siesta #1.

Pit stopped at the hospital…no vacunas until lunes. Doph. I guess the fresh batch of vacunas are arriving today and will be ready for lunes? Welcome to Huatulco. Stay tuned.

Zipped off to Mojon and tried to give Max a siesta right away. Wrong choice as he was too wired once he saw the playa y del mar.

So off we went to play in the sand and oceano. It was HOT when we arrived at 1030am’ish…no viento. But the wind picked up later…phew.

A little playing and then it was nap time and madre was the successful one in getting Max to sleep. The Whisperer just didn’t have his “stuff” today…doph.

So the Van-Arnold familia all napped. I have no idea how the Mexicanos do it. They look so comfortable in their hamacas and I tell you, nice to chill in, not so good for a sleep.

Long nap for the team and sure felt out of sorts after that. But we ate our lunch, moved a sombrilla to the playa and started round 2 of beach time.

And for the first time in a while…Bubba headed out with the boogie board and caught many a good olas, waves.

Had a great afternoon and at 3pm we were headed home for siesta #2.

The familia slept and padre hit the pool to shower off the sand from playa Mojon and then grab some sol.

Some puttering around and when the familia awoke, it was decided it was dinner out night. Where to? We enjoy the quesadillas at Los Portales and they have now opened a type of fish and chips restaurante next door, so we gave it a try.

Nice for the familia to have a walk and say hola to the many peeps Max knows. Who is the lady in the cell phone tienda? No sé but she knows Max!!

Max’s latest gig? He needs to answer all the phones we walk by.

La cena? I am sorry to say that we cannot recommend this restaurante. Muy caro for what you are served and ask for more tartar sauce, they give you a thimble…doph.

So we pit stopped at a panificadora round the corner and grabbed one of madre’s newest loves…carrot muffins. Fed some of that to the lil’guy as well as a little more at when we got home…oh yes the meals at dinner were that small. Doph.

Good tina rutina and all is well at 10pm.

Mañana? El gimnasio and maybe some rib eyes para la cena.

Have a great viernes.

Marco, Bexico y Max
