Ok, let’s see if I have this correct.

Max was awake at 5am for a leche pit stop and a panale change…and then had the hiccups.

There was no success getting him back to sleep with the hiccups so The Niño Whisperer took over at 615am.

Not sure there is a trick to it, but in the past, if he falls asleep while being rocked, the hiccups stop…or is it that if you rock him and the hiccups stop, he falls asleep.

Either way we slept from 630am until 715am. Ugh.

Did Max want anything but fruta for desayunos? Uh, no. No pancakes…into the mouth and out…and then onto the floor. Apple cubes and fibre 1 cereal…ah no. Multi grain bar? Crunched up, spread onto his tray and then onto himself.

Can take a horse to a trough, cannot make him drink…so I gave up and started cleaning up. But, oh there is a but, Max was tired from the short sleep, so he would not roam the PP without me. Doph.

Managed to get him settled amongst his many juguetes and I managed to get the cocina cleaned up.

930am…there was NO way I was taking him for a walk so instead, I grabbed some leche and it was an attempt at an early, but needed, siesta.

Success!! 10am until 1115am and we are about to head to Mojon. What a wacky morning.

Low tide at 215pm…should be a ton of playa for Max to roam on.

Hasta pronto.

Buenos noches!! Not sure who won the Seahawks game…I have PVR’d it and will watch it after Max is lights out.

We finally made it to Mojon and Max was a trooper in the camioneta, both going to and coming from Mojon!!

And at the playa? The lil’guy LOVES the beach and with low tide, was eager and able to walk quite a ways into the oceano.

I ran into another Mojonite, Bill from the USA. He is building up on a hillside and I met him last year. His family is down visiting over the holidays and he was taking them to see their future vacation home.

We had a good chat and then I was on my way shell hunting and then back to the familia.

Here are the Mojon fotos.

Six days after NYE and here is what is left of the bonfire I had covered with sand before leaving.

But under closer review...it was still smouldering and smoking.

We took care of it this time...but 6 days? Wow.

Some pelicans.

Beach was packed with tourists.

Hey smiley!!

Who just woke up from his beach siesta?

Chinos!!

He still loves to play with his ears.

After Max’s siesta, we played a little more and then it was home time.

Madre took Max to the pool while padre cleaned up and started la cena…Opa’s lomo cerdo as we now call it.

Great cena, a FT during tina time and now Bex y Max are starting the wind down to get the lil’guy asleep.

Some fotos from this morning.

I am Max, and this is mi silla, my chair.

Mañana? Bex needs to visit a dentista…first time for us and a Mexican dentist!! Stay tuned.

Nothing else out of the ordinary is planned…looking forward to a good gym session.

Have a great lunes.

Marco, Bexico y Max
