Hola mis amigos!!

Craziest part of the day? Max was having tina time, so I brought in the Mac to give mis padres a quick FT…and it was cut short due to a code Oh Henry.

Oh Max!! ja ja ja

It hasn’t happened in a long time…phew.

Funniest part of the day?

We were pit stopped at this stop sign across from CP.

A senorita that I do not recognize, walks by and says “hola Max”. Seconds later, a taxista drives by and yells out “hola Max”.

Later at the same location, as I was coming back from Papaloapan with our molida res, I bumped into 2 residents of CP. They are either Cdns or Americans and they stop to say hola. She says to me, I don’t know your name…I know you are the padre of Max though.

Hilarious…a new adventure everyday!!

How was the day? Madre had a better sleep…taking a night off work will all that. And Max had a fairly good sleep…but he has been tired a lot during the day, something we are chalking up to all the walking…and running.

Max had a great time at the kiosko…a few falls, ones that I was not worried about…but it seems some other padres were ready to oooh and aaaah.

Max? He looks at me for confirmation, gets a laugh and a smile in return, and gets up and is off again.

Today it was NOT about the stairs at the kiosko…max decided walking was not enough and he would try running. Yikes. Great to see his ambition and he put on quite a show. Both of us were drenched by the end of walk time.

Perfect as he was tanqued up and the zzzzz for over an hour. I was super pooped and took another siesta while madre hung out with the lil’guy.

Before el gimnasio and Max’s 2nd nap…off to Che as a familia. Raro evento and it was fun. Che has their Navidad tent set up and all the jugetes are in there.

Honestly, not too many places here sell good quality toys. Jesic has lots of toys, but not durable.

We scored on two items for Max.

Yup, a tienda de campaña...a pup tent.

And so Max will hopefully stop wailing on my Mac, his own lil'guy laptop.

Good scores eh? But how is it that Che has no leche o azucar? What kind of grocery store is out of sugar? Ja ja ja

Max was tired’ish and had a so-so 2nd nap. I unloaded the groceries, grabbed the ground beef and headed to el gimnasio.

Good’ish workout…friggin hot today…and then home to start la cena while waiting for the familia.

Another late rising, so off to alberca and there Max made friends with what had been a crusty ghoulish hombre, who digs the Speedo. Ja ja ja

Serio, Max could bring peace to the mundo!! This hombre has never said boo to us before, but get Max involved and this guy became a Chatty Cathy!!

Great pasta para la cena and at 10pm, Max is where he should be, madre is back in the oficina and I have on ojo on The Matrix and one finishing this blog entry.

Mojon meeting? Getting ridiculous…it was postponed again. I told Roman to call me once he was 100% ready and then we will meet. Stay tuned….Viva la Mexcio!! Argh.

Fin de semana? The race is mañana…hello Saturday night!! I am sure will hit la playa this weekend and hello to yummy Chef Bex pizza on domingo!!

Misc fotos

This is our amigo Beto. He is making Max laugh by rubbing Max's forearm on Beto's unshaven chin.

Tranquilo día around town. I could have taken a few fotos of the carpinteros and their muebles de pino, but instead bring you this.

Moto broken? Call this guy and he will fix it for you on the spot. He even uses an old Presidential election banner to prevent scrapes.

Have a great weekend.

ps....frost warning for the GTA....brrr....frio!!

We have NEVER claimed he was graceful.

Naaah...he was just practicing for bedtime.

Marco, Bexico y Max
