Buenos tardes!! Quiet time
in the condo…tranquilo!!
515pm and the familia is
asleep and padre is puttering around as the amor de casa should…and does!!
Playa gear put away,
dishes done, a wash is on and the big bed is ready for Max’s night time rutina.
Phew. Time to sit back, have some Coca Light and watch some NFL!!
Max had a great sleep…we
all had a great sleep!!
And what is this? Up at
715am? Yahoo!!
Great morning rutina which
included the domingo treat of pan frances and of course our walk around the
zocalo.
Great siesta…almost 2
hours of non-toss n’turn zzzz!!
And after that…comida para
Max and then off to playa Santa Cruz where it was packed!!
Fishing torneo
(tournament) and of course it is domingo so lots of familias anyway. So some
great walking, swimming and playing in the arena…sand.
While swimming con Max, a
senora said Max need tapon for his ears. Ear plugs? Por que? I guess she
believes ocean water in a niños ears is a bad thing? News to me.
And whom else did we see?
Our amiga, Nathali, from INM. She was in her civilian clothes, and not quite
sure why she was there, but as soon as she sees Max, she kinda goes nuts and
HAS to see him hold him and lay on a few besos.
How did we get her name?
Duh…from emailing her all the fotos we took of her and Max!! ja ja ja
After the playa? Hola to
papas frances…French fries at Pucks!! It was a day of French cuisine!! Ja ja ja
We sat out side, had a
cold Pacifico and let the lil’walker do his thing.
Quick pit stop as it was
closing in on time for siesta #2 and we also had to stop at Che. Por que? Max’s
computer…hecho en Chino…did not work as advertised. The lil’screen did not
function…doph.
Ever hear of the Mexican
warranty? You buy it and the warranty is over? Well, we have had two items to
return to Che and both times it was not an issue. Phew!!
Skipping ahead…8pm and I
am in the chill room awaiting Master Max to finish his tina and then after a
quick disassembling of the baño, cards and buenos noches mi lil’amigo!!
Back to the day…
Madre exchanged the
computadora and Max and I grabbed some real leche so padre can have some cereal
mañana.
Headed home and that is
where the blog update started.
After the nap, it was pool
time while the oh so yummy pizza baked, and as the nap had a late end time
(Mexican nap…ended near 6pm), we took the lil’guy out for a night walk.
Oh I love the night walks.
Not as hot, no sun to worry about, and the town comes alive after dark.
Pit stop to the Italiano
section of town, where madre had a scoop of some good for you frozen yogurt,
and where Max wowed the 2 senoritas that run the joint and have seen Max grow
from 6 weeks old to almost un año.
Home, the tina and you are
all caught up.
Mañana? 6pm con Roman…stay
tuned.
Senor Secord, sorry we
missed the FT…an otro tiempo…another time!!
Fotos? Oh we have fotos!!
Max and the new computadora.
From our walk ayer...yesterday.
This senorita LOVES Max. Her padres have opened a taco restaurante that I am sorry to say, will be closed in less then 2 meses. Bad location.
Viernes, the gal gave Max a besito (small kiss) when they said adios...Max turned it into lip lock...a theme that will repeat itself.
Below the kiosko, a lil'niño is crying and Max is curious what all the fuss is about.
Hey padre, check out my stylin' outfit.
Let's just say Max prefers to walk vs be in the sling.
A little stretch of the legs before madre took Max to Jesic Toys and I hit el gimnasio.
Rookie in training.
He was only allowed to carry una mesa!! ja ja ja
Back at the casa...time for the stare down.
And this morning...in love with the playera...doing a little dance with it.
When it wears out...off to Vegas for a new one, or I will have to get Goose to send me his!!
Max...time for your walk. Where are your tenis?
Max...no boca!! Oh Max.
Another walk, another group of Max's admirers. And $10 more for the college fund!!
Max's amiga...not always the friendliest gal.
But hey, try and steal a besito anyway.
Right on target!!
Not sure the target appreciated the kiss. The lil'heartbreaker looks broken hearted!!
Ok, have a great lunes!!
Marco, Bexico y Max
