Hola amigos!!
Well so much for picking up the laundry!! It looks like Tropical Depression Harvey is having an affect here and we are experiencing a torrential downpour. The storm center is 275 miles north-east of us, and it gave some parts of Columbia up to 10 inches of rain.
One of the many good points about living here where we do, is that there are more hurricanes etc on the east coast, the Atlantic Ocean side, and when we do get tropical storms of hurricanes here, they seem to skirt this part of the country. It is all about the isthmus I am told.
The lluvia was well timed as it came after the Nascar race, (and what a great ending) and it did not affect alberca time. Nice to swim in cool water…a tad chilly upon exiting, but no complaints!! The temperature has dropped to a nice 27,8 grados and we are hoping the humido stays low.
Tranquilo day again.
It started with a great desayunos. Molida cerdo (ground pork) hash and we used left over boiled potatoes this time…could be a new favorite for the “machine”.
Bexico spent race time in her oficina and is in there again. She has a lead on another contract, but due to the clients project requirements, she needs to become proficient at animating using GIF files vs the file types she normally uses. So, she has been busy looking this up. Stay tuned.
Almost ensalada time and then a quiet evening. Oh yeah…rib eyes para la cena!! Hello!!
No Skype today for Bexico…folks are on the road. But I have downloaded another movie…will give this program another shot.
Mañana…el gimnasio, Che, and possibly chat with the otro Pablo to have him look into the passenger window of the camioneta. Hoping to also hear good news about the batería de mi camera.
Have a great lunes.
Marco y Bexico
