Pavo? I am missing turkey dinner? Feliz Thanksgiving!!

Buenos noches and at 8pm, with a temperature of 31,0 grados (plus maybe 5 grados in humido), you are darn right that I am sitting in Max's chill room...enjoying the 26,0 grado air con!!

Max is lights out...pooped after another fun day, Bex is in the oficina and Bubba types away.

The lil'man had a great sleep, with the entire night spent in his cuna and with only 2 wake ups between 10pm and 445am. And The Whisperer was able to work some magic and the boys slept on the bed until 6am!! Score!!

Usual rutinas, but with the later sleep in, we can enjoy a pre-siesta familia swim!! So we had some early morning videos, our prowl, desayunos with some "dip dip" pan frances, the swim, leche time and then a good siesta.

Again, the lil'man bolts up and says "done", but it was too early and I managed to score another 30 minutos with the lil'guy.

Post siesta the familia packed their swim gear and lunches, and had a playa picnic at Santa Cruz. First they walked the bici for a while, until they both realized it would be cooler to ride then walk!!

Not much ocean time, but lots of time playing in the sand and prowling around.

Poppa was on an errand run. First stop was Foto Conejo to get some invitations printed for Max's fiesta. Then it was off to hola hola Daniel as it is his cumpleañõs. Then off to el gimnasio, off to Pemex to fill up the tanque of the camioneta verde and last but not least, off to Pepés to get a part for the baño.

Invitations created by Bex!! You are ALL invited...just send us an RSVP.

Pemex? With rainy season, we really only drive to and from Che a few times a week and a tanque can last over a month. With trips to Mojon, and with a gas guzzling issue (cannot be diagnosed here in Huatulco), we will tank up twice a month. Good news is that 75 litros still only cost us $800 pesos which works out to be about 87 cents Cdn/litro...score.

Baño...handle broke. $70 pesos for parts and 5 minutes later we were flush with excitement.

We met back at the casa and after a quick fruta y verdura run, we sat down for night 2 of reggy pollo!!

Tranquilo tina time and then off to bed time and it was an easy one again...score!!

Onto the slim selection of fotos?

Oh yes, he is suspicious of suspicious people!!

Follow the crowds.

Closed for 2 months as teachers fought a national assessment of their skills, the public schools are open again.

This hombre pedals around calling out "donas", donuts. We see him regularly and when he calls out, Max will scream "dona" back at him. Today, Max actually found the hombre standing still, and went up to take a peek.

Slim pickings...maybe more mañana.

As well mañana, I might be headed out to Mojon to discuss palapas...stay tuned.

Have a great martes and enjoy all those turkey sandwiches!!

Marco, Bexico y Max
