Now wouldn't that foto have looked even better if it was not fuzzy...maybe it is due to the Sony DSC-W730?

I have an amigo that once had a super and expensive pair of snow board goggles. They were crap because they kept fogging up, so he took them back to the shop where they had been purchased. Once there, the salesman pulled off the protective plastic film and...ta-da. I wish it was that simple with my camera!!

That foto was taken with Max looking down and the camera pointing up.

Buenos tardes and welcome to race domingo!! Feliz cumpleaños to mi tío, Oom Han, a young piano mover himself!!

Currently 315pm and with the familia out to prowl the playa, Bubba sits on his butt, watching some racing and getting a head start on the blog update.

How is the lil'man? He had a so-so sleep and it started well, but by 10pm he was up and uncomfortable due to the tos y gripe. So we Tylenol'd him up and after a short while...zzzzzzz.

He was up a few times during the night, mostly cough related, and was up for good at the crazy hour of 445am.

Bex did a great job and he was in fine spirits when I took over at 630am. Bex was off to get the rest of her well deserved sleep and the boys puttered around waiting for el sol to arrive.

No sol this morning, but we did have daybreak and el sol came out in time for the familia's trip to the playa.

Up at 445am...siesta around 1015-1030am. Tos...no swim...so the plan was a longer prowl and then some tranquilo time before leche y siesta.

And it was a good 90 minuto prowl and then off for a wacky desayunos...but at least Max went to sleep with a fully belly.

Good siesta and then we ran into the sala to watch some racing!!

With the cough still around, we decided a quick visit to the walk in clinic was in order, so off we went. Short wait and when Max went in for his exam, what a trooper!! Other then being a little reluctant to stick out his tongue (our hijo?) and say aaaaaaah, he was great.

He sat on the bench and just let the doctor do when he had to do...score!! And the good news is that even though he has what we term a rough cough, he has no infections. Throat, chest and ears all clear...phew.

Off to SCA for a quick prowl and search for mozza (quesadilla domingo) and then home for comida and more racing!!

Post comida there was a little bit of silly time and then the family headed out.

Onto the fotos and I will finish this up tonight.

saludos

From the prowl and Max always says "foto" when we come upon Pirate Jack. Check out Max's expression.

Head (top) shot.

Max was sitting on a rock, so I asked him to stay there while I took 10 minutes to get the camera ready for a foto. Of course he decided to prowl instead, but when I asked him to go back and sit on the rock, this is what I got.

Another rock, but a perro barking has caught his attention.

And from behind this gate was a very yappy perro.

After Max said arriba, up, I held him up to look into someone's concrete jungle and the owner was kind enough to pick up the perro and show it to Max.

Did we tell you that Max recognizes his own name and when you ask him how to spell his name, he will say M,A,X?

Peek-a-boo with himself.

Argh...fuzzy funny face.

After much searching, look who we found under the car.

Oh, we know what this next foto is leading to.

Yup...the Max Van tail pull. Oh Max.

Gracias y adios el gato..off to get some pan.

Just as leche time was happening, Marco y su familia came by for a quick hola hola.

The niño is 2 or 3 weeks old and guess what his name is? Marcos Jr of course!!

Max having some solo silly time.

And then some pre-playa time silliness con Poppa.

Buenos noches!! Currently 730pm and round one is almost over...Poppa will head in to close the show!!

A good afternoon...the race and some cleaning and then the familia returned from their playa prowl. Madre cleaned up and the boys did some reading...Max loves his libros!!

A rush to get the quesadillas cooked, but the familia all enjoyed them, including the lil'man who had his own chica quesadilla, and ate it all!!

Off to tina time, a quick FT and into bed, where I hope Max can fall asleep with all this VERY loud thunder going on!! Maybe another torrential rain storm is coming?

I do know that Acapulco is going to get nailed again...yikes.

This hurricane is going to head north-east and before it hits land, it will veer west. If not...oh oh. We are 2 hours to the left (west) of Salina Cruz, an oil refinery town in the bottom right of the mapa.

Ok...that's it. Wish us luck with bed time, with getting a good night sleep, and with Max's tos improving!!

Misc

Our clocks change next Sunday, so we will have a week of being only one hour ahead of Vancouver and two hours behind our amigos in Ontario.

Hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
