A late update on our Saturday.

As for Bexico and I, w spent more of the niños inheritance, but also saved some because our amigo Melon bought us our appies at MS!! Ja ja ja
Headed to Port Moody to say hola to O&K and stopped off to buy a 6-pack of Pacifico…one of the two brands I drink in Huatulco. How much is a 6-pack of Pacifico in Huatulco? $4.75 Cdn or so. How much was a 6-pack of Pacifico at the cold beer store? How about $15.25….yikes!!
No wonder the economy is in trouble. Based on beer economics, more peeps are going to move to Mexico!! Ja ja ja
So while in PM, had a short but nice visit with mi hermano. Nice to share some stories and talk about our lifestyle, with peeps that appreciate it and having visited there, understand what we are talking about.
We are headed back in a week for some turkey!!
Pit stopped at IKEA…stuff looks good, goes together pretty easy, but will NEVER look the same if you need to move!! Lol
Saved some $$ and walked away from a cool storage unit….50% off…but open box so who knows if all the parts were there. Imagine being in Huatulco and missing a part to your Akurum or Rationell. Lol
But did buy the all important mattress pad…did I ever mention it can be hot in Huatulco? And found some great storage boxes on sale for $69 to $10.
And due to the pitstop at MS…no hotdogs at IKEA. Whaaaat?
Stupid Store…goodbye another $200. And I think our checkout gal, all of 19 years, was nuts. And no offence to anyone with mental health issues, this girl was nuts. Who asks a mom to be about stretch marks? Or when I pull my Status Card, says…”I would never have guessed you were one of them”? Yikes.
Long day…had left for the gym around 11am and we pulled in from the SS at 7pm or so.
Phew…lol.
It is a sunny Sunday. Squeeze in an hour of NFL before the race starts and we also want to get a walk in.
La cena? Hello…pavo!! Turkey two weekends in a row!!
