Well Monday has come and gone.
And for all you Trekkies…I read that Leonard Nimoy has attended his last Star Trek convention. Mucho siento.
Nice to have the bulk of our “to-buy” list finished, and now we can tackle the “to-do” list and also fit in some time for the amigos y amigas.
Big accomplishment today? After some diligent work from Bexico, we managed to sell off my old office desk, a space heater and a book shelf.
We also managed to move most of our remaining possessions into a 5’ x 5’ locker. Phew…it all fit.
Now all we need to do is sell what is left on the 5’ x 10’ and find a recycling place for the wood bed frame.
Big ticket item? Hello to a case of 12 Riedel wine glasses. It is like Storage Locker Wars for real!! Ja ja ja
Rest of the day? Hmmm…el gimnasio sounds familiar and other then some steaks for dinner….it was another tranquilo day. Well, tranquilo if you are not paying attention to the stock markets. Ugh
Bexico and I both made mention that with the niño countdown getting closer and closer, let’s just git’er done!! No need to wait…ja ja ja.
Bexico has been, and still is, busy with work. Her plan is to either have every project completed before niño arrives, or have deadlines that give her time off after the conejito comes.
Her current work includes 3 animations with clients in Colorado, Seattle and some unknown city!!
Manaña…need to register for the new locker (dude shuts his computer down 15 minutes before end of shift?), get the wacky car alarm looked at and looking forward to hanging out with Melon. Bexico? Hello to more work and keeping our Craigslist postings updated!!
