Hola mis amigos. You have made it to the weekend…and so have we!!

A few hours ago we sold a filing cabinet for $20 and we also returned from a tour of the maternity ward at St Paul’s hospital.

I think the lady that bought the cabinet might be related to the tour guide…both are NUTS!!

Good recycling news...I have found the place where I will be taking my old wood bedframe, that is currently in storage, to be recycled. Adios to a bed frame I bought in 1984!!

Follow the blue line to maternity on the 3rd floor…but the arrows point to the exits? Big ah-ha? Must do research on this “gas” they can give you to help with contractions.

Now we were in the understanding that we would be in and out. Tour guide gal says we might be in the hospital 2 days after niño is born. Huh? Time to get that list of questions over to our mid-wife group!!

More examples of customer service? How about a storage locker on the 5th floor, but your access code only allows you to enter the 6th? Duh.

The rest of our day? Bexico did some work this morning and is about to get back at it.

We also hit up Vital Statistics to make sure I know where to go and what documents, signatures etc are required. As mentioned previously, it will be precision timing to get niños passport in time for the flight home.

So we confirmed I can bring in the registration form and on a different form, request a rush birth certificate. Return time of anywhere from 2-4 weeks is what we have been told. Next up? Ask our mid wife group if they fill out the forms and if they do…how can we expedite what they do.

Throw in a workout for me and then another $100 at Stupid Store and that is really my day.

How come we live in Mexico? Muy barato…cheap!! For today’s example…gasoline. It costs $650 pesos in Huatulco for a full tank and today it was $1115 pesos here in Vancouver. Yikes.

Looking forward to a quiet Sunday…and some Nascar y NFL!! And due to turkey lunes, we are having hamburguesa sábado y domingo…yummy!!
Have a great weekend.

Marco y Bexico
