Buenos noches from the Boys!! And of course Bex too!!

Let's look at a bunch of fotos first. These are from ayer, before we all went to Mojon.

Max has now mastered getting both of his feet onto his silla. But he cannot get them back down!! Doph.

Our AM walk.

The Oaxaca placas have the bandera de Mexico on them. The flag has an eagle on it and Max likes to point out the eagle, as I have the Hecho en Mexico tattoo that also has an eagle. Just think how many license plates there are here in Huatulco.

Max's silla favorita.

And from Mojon...a VERY high tide.

Madre cleaning off Max's first set of clothes...yup, mas vomito on the ride to Mojon. Poor hombre...poor madre y padre!!

A storm surge has taken some of the sand.

But left enough for Max y madre to play on the playa!!

Check out those olas!!

Chick a boom pow pow.

The name of this perro is caballo?

Fotos from hoy, domingo.

Max on a mission, at full speed.

And he rounds the corner.

Looks back to make sure padre is following.

And puts the petal to the metal.

Sharp turn to the derecho, right.

And ta-da, the camioneta verde...that he LOVES so much!!

And as usual, Max checks the llanta first.

Uh padre, why is the truck so sucio...and where is the rim cap? Oh padre!!

Inspection complete!!

Misc info….

The cost of living for us has risen 15% since junio as the loonie has tumbled from 13.43 pesos/loonie to 11.76 pesos/loonie. Doph.

The bouncing cursor? Gracias to mi padre y Goose, who both sent me links with solutions ideas. I took the battery out and ta-da, the computer worked a-ok for a few hours. But alas, it did not last…ugh. Stay tuned.

And what is broken now? It seems the auto focus on my Canon 18-55mm lense, is now working intermittently. Ugh. What is next?

Ah, the rust in the back of the camioneta is next. After getting the gears from Max, I had the truck washed and all the sand cleaned out of the back, where the corrosion is occurring.

I removed the heavy mat, part of the corrosion issue, and gave the bed a coat of rust proof paint with some that I had brought down from Vancouver.

I am off to see Tony this week and I will see if he knows of any permanent solutions. Stay tuned.

One last note re:truck. We removed the silla for a good cleaning. Ugh. Max will now be wearing a special vomito bib when we go on road trips!! Great chair, thanks to his abuelos in Ontario!! But wow, getting it apart to clean and then reinstalling it...yikes!!

We are hearing a lot of luggage being wheeled in and out of CP. The Canadians are leaving and the Mexicanos are arriving, as this is the start of Semana Santa, one of the busiest times here in Huatulco.

As for the familia, we are all well. Max had a SUPER day with his padre in the morning and con madre in the afternoon. He came home from the playa, exhausted due to tons of swimming and running around!!

Using a life jacket, he now loves to float on his back!!

Well, I think you are all caught up!!

Nothing out of the ordinary planned for mañana. Have a great lunes!!

Marco, Bexico y Max
