Buenos noches!!

Wow...we made it to Whistler AND it is snowing!! Yesterday we might have seen any rocks on our snowboard runs, mañana we will just hear them when we board over them. Yikes!!

Ok, the día in a nutshell? I was lights out last night, but it took Bex an hour to get the lil'man asleep. He was wired from all the activity...and then was up again at 545am...745am in Huatulco. Hey...maybe he will stick to that wake up time when we return!!

The boys did a cold and wet prowl to Safeway and then it was back in to the dry condo for desayunos. Our little vaso de piña, which costs $1.75 CDN at home...$5.00 here. Yikes.

It was pan frances miercoles and the boys made the breakfast together. Max is guzzling OJ now a days and today was no different. Oh yes, he has mastered the straw.

We made it as a familia to Stupid Store, but then Max had a "I'm tired" moment. What we forgot was that at 1030am in Van, it is 1230pm in Huatulco and Max had not had his siesta. Doph.

We skipped getting our gear out of the locker and raced home for a well needed 2 hour siesta. Post siesta it was off to the locker, Future Shop in North Van, and then onto Whistler.

Yummy lasagna from Oma y Opa and Max had his tina and then was lights out by 8pm. Great job madre as The Whisperer was not needed!! Score!!

The lil'man has been a trooper. Two days in an airport, a bunch of flights, wacky nap schedules in different beds, 2 hour drives in the van (without yakking) and now he is asleep in another condo and another different bed. What a lil'man.

Locker? All good as we dropped off a bunch of items we do not need in Huatulco and our snowboard gear was all in a blue bin and easy to grab.

We made the call and Oma y Opa came with us in the Max Van van and we left their car in the hotel underground parking.

Time for a shout out to Robson Suites in Vancouver. We are going to arrive one day late. No problem. We would like to check out at noon vs 11am, so Max can get a siesta. No problem. We actually check out at 115pm. No problem. We want to leave Oma y Opa's car in the parking for 3 nights. No problem.

The rooms there are fine, but the service level has been outstanding. Gracias to Reiko and her team.

Future Shop? Hola hola to the new Canon T3i...still in the box. It might get used mañana. Stay tuned.
And what else? At 815pm I am sitting near Bexico as she sets up the lil'man's (or is it Bex's?) new 64GB iPad mini.

The condo in Whistler? All fine but difficult to find the unit and the parking spot fits a Mini only. Doph. The description on the web makes it seem larger then in reality...great marketing!! Max is in a huge bed with the door open...we are waiting to hear the lil'man call out for his Momma!!

Anything else new? Bex y Poppa are pooped and are looking forward to a few days of relaxing in Whistler and then 5 nights back in Vancouver. Once today and tomorrow are over, we should all be good. Maybe by then my cough and/or cold and/or flu is all gone. The double Neo should be kicking in soon...bed time!!

It was truly a go go go día, so we have no new fotos from today. But...I have a few saved for just this type of occasion. Browse on.

Now THIS is a tina fiesta!!

Back in the DF aeropuerto and the piña is finished...almost time for the rest of desayunos.

Chelas...jugo de piña.

You think Max is jamming food into his boca?

Oh no. He has found a new love of jarabe, maple syrup!!

Somewhere is my hijo, minus his gorra. Oh Max.

Ok, have a great jueves!! Wish me luck on my cold and for getting some snow!!

Should be some more fotos mañana...stay tuned.

Hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico, Max, Oma y Opa
