Oh yes, we do things different down here!!

Buenos noches. Tons of fotos to follow...keep reading.

Not much new to report here. Max allowed us a 630am wake up and we had our usual AM rutina, including pan frances...hola hola, it is miercoles!!

Shorter siesta...oh oh. But Max seemed to be ok through the rest of the día and at 7pm as round one is already under way, we will see if it affects his bedtime. Stay tuned.

My afternoon was about el gimnasio and then home to tidy up and then make the meatballs para la cena. I also stopped at the gate and chatted up Marcos as we needed the mosquitero on our front door replaced. I figure he could do it and I rather slip one of the CP trabajadores some extra $$ vs sourcing it from someone else.

He was into it and after $60 pesos for supplies, he took an hour to install the net and caulk it. I paid him $200 pesos, knowing it was a lot, and he was very grateful. He told me it was too much and I told him to go buy his niño un regalo, a present.

Marcos probably makes $250 pesos a day working on the CP grounds, so an extra $16.68 CDN for his time, was appreciated.

The familia was at the playa and again Max did not want to go into the oceano. Hmmmm? So they packed up and met their amigas in the parque and then headed home.

Easy dinner, a dance party with the new "snake" move and then onto tina time and bedtime.

So...onto the fotos.

This morning as we started our AM prowl, Max found a cricket (maybe a grasshopper?) and was very excited about touching it.

Here, the cricket is "sleeping", still alive but possibly scared for it's life!!

This is the look after the cricket jumped into Max's hair, followed by Max's heart almost jumping out of his chest.

I assured him he was ok, and then we both laughed so hard!!

Kind hearted soul saying buenos días to his amigos.

We spent 20 minutes at the alberca...test driving sillas.

And then kicking back.

At 730am, there were a tons of peeps sitting around the pool. Max was in a super friendly mood, saying hola hola to everyone.

And blowing a few besitos to his amigos especial.

Worked up a good thirst after all that hard work.

One loud camion.

Get a mofle, muffler!!

Max making autobus rippy noises.

Busy and loud intersection.

You might think Max was flojo, but he walks a long way for a lil'man. Thus, our many pit stops.

From my gym walk, Picasso at work?

My co-pilot's fotos.

They seem to be very busy while I am out at el gimnasio.

Every time they go to the playa, Bex packs all of this on the bici and in her mochila. Yowzers!!

I am sure there was some dancing going to happen here!!

At the Palace.

I am told this niño is slightly older then Max and takes 4 hour naps...and still has a chupy. Hmmmm?

This is Gwen and her new hermano.

And this would be Rosario, whose madre owns the 2nd Palace that Max y madre visit.

OK, bedtime is over and the BEST part of the day has just occurred!! How is this to end the día? The lil'man is falling asleep and whispers "gracias Momma, gracias Poppa, I love you". Huge smile on Bubba's face!!!

Bex is hard at work in the oficina, embracing the large amount of work she has been contracted for, as it is usually feast or famine for her.

Max is lights out, dreaming about his amigos in Pochutla, and Bubba is watching the News and thinking about everything we need to pack for our fajitas at Mojon jueves!!

Have a great Thursday.

Marco, Bexico y Max
