Buenos noches!! Going to keep this short and sweet’ish.

835pm…a muggy 30,0 grados and Max is lights out…on his own!! Phew. That means an extra hour of time for madre y yo!! Love the lil’guy, but VERY excited when he falls asleep without needing our help.

We were up early, Max had a toss n’turn night and that meant a less then idle sleep for his padres. Doph. Oh well…up and at’em.

Morning rutina went off without a hitch and we had a good walk as well.

Madre took over after the first siesta and I was lights out…needed the sleep but hate waking up at 12 noon!! Doph.

Max y madre had a great day together and I managed to get to el gimnasio, Fonatur to drop off the recycling and Che for our dinner eats.

This Mexican heat really beats up on my electronics!! Today the external receiver for the thermometer, went ka-put. But good news…the remote for the truck alarm dried out and is currently working!!

But one thing works and another stops…yup, the air con in the truck stopped today…and it was hot in there.

So, emailed BBY Nissan, got some ideas from mi amigo there, and will track down Tony mañana. If he cannot fix it, off to Nissan I will go. Stay tuned.

As for Che…I knew they would have Max’s wet wipes in stock, because when I was in Isssste, they were back in stock there also. What happens? A big truck comes in a restocks the town?

We are stocked for a few more dinners and are going to try the quesillo in some of our Bubba burritos later this week. Mañana…hola to meatballs!!

Came home from errands and who was patrolling the parking lot? The lil’guy, under the watchful ojos of madre, had crawled from the edificio to where we park the truck. Always nice to be greeted by familia!!

Just in time to see Max head down for siesta #3 and when he was up, some pool time for the familia, which led us to the rutina, which sums up our day.

MISC

Silverio dropped by as Max was exiting the tina, and he dropped off some pepino amarillo…yellow cucumbers…fresh from his garden o rancho. I have never seen these before…headed into ensalada de mañana!!

No foto of the two he gave us…a big one and “one for Max” as he called it….but here is a screen shot from a website.

For those that forgot, Silverio is one of the porteros at the CP gate. Great guy…Max enjoys him.

10pm…one rustle from Max, Bex is hard at work and the blog is done.

Oh, some fotos?

A few of the lil'hombre. Senor Serio!!

It was a day for the birds.

This one is on the pollo smoke stack across the calle.

Close up.

Wood pecker.

The town is getting decorated for 16 de septiembre...Oma's cumpleaños?

Nope...Día de la Independencia.

Max's amiga...sin pollo.

Mañana? Air-con recon!!

saludos.

Marco, Bexico y Max
