Buenos noches mis amigos.
All good…Max is great with
no ill effects from ayer!! Phew as that was NO fun for anyone!!
Waaaay early morning and
Max did not sleep well last night. We figure he was super hungry as we had not
fed him too much due to the belly issues.
So Bex hit the sack and
the boys were up for the morning. And was Max hungry? Uh ya. Before I could
prep desayunos, Max was letting me know, very vocally, that he wanted to eat.
So I grabbed some fruit
and the two of us sat on the couch and he chowed down a ton of fruta.
Then I grabbed some pollo
and huevos and he ate that too. And on the AM walk? He ate half of a Fibre One
bar!! Wow!!
Nice walk and a super 2
hour plus siesta!! And while we were sleeping, Griselda had cleaned the condo…a
clean casa to wake up to!!
Bex y Max had lunch and
then the 3 of us headed out with me headed to el gimnasio and the familia off
to the tailor.
I had more luck at the gym
then the familia did at the tailor (he was cerrado) but they went back after
siesta #2 and for $50 pesos, we have a GREAT new camo bolsa for our sombrilla.
And we will probably get to try it out mañana!!
Despues de el gimnasio, I
came home and then grabbed some sol at the alberca while siesta #2 was
happening.
And while they went to the
tailor again, I set us up for la cena and the PM rutina.
Smooth dinner and before
the tina time we had another family walk to try and work off some of Max’s
energía.
And after almost 3 years
living here, I am still impressed with the change our little town experiences
from the day time to night time. The zocalo is busy, the kiosko full of niños
that Max wants to play with and all the restaurantes are busy.
And of course la luna is
out and Max now has a sore neck (kidding) from looking straight up and ah
ah’ing la luna.
Nice walk and straight
into the tina, with a short FT con Oma y Opa.
Currently 930pm and the
lil’guy has been asleep for 30 minutes…doph. Sore belly and some great rippers
kept him awake.
Madre is in the oficina
and game 1 of the Canuck’s season is on the tube!!
730 am UPDATE
Ugh. Max had a crappy
sleep….might have been the spicy dinner. He had a terrible time staying asleep
unless it was on my chest, so from 930pm until 1130pm he did that.
Madre came in at 1130pm
but she had a toss n’turn night with him as well. The padres are pooped, one
has gone back to sleep for some well deserved rest, while the other listens to
Max “sing” at the top of his voice.
Hey…what happened to the
Nucks last night? Yikes.

We bumped into Victor, who works part time at el gimnasio. I am not sure Max will ever be as large as Victor, but he will definitely be taller!!
Max has been fascinated with la luna lately. Here he is taking another look.
Hamaca sábado. We enjoy the one we have for Mojon, but how do you keep the strings all unknotted?

Plastic sinks and I think tinas?
We are hitting the local
playa today, but it will be after Max’s first siesta. Maybe La Bocana and madre
brings her surf board!!
