Don't worry Max...I was kinda feeling the same way!!

Buenos tardes. Time to jot down some notes before the familia returns from playa time, and before Poppa needs to get cracking on those Bubba quesadillas!!

Currently 445pm and I cannot seem to receive Global BC on the tele. The signal is showing...but no canal. Doph. Stay tuned.

After a mainly sunny morning and a mixed afternoon, the sky is now clouded over and we have a slight breeze...phew. How hot is it?

The día? Max was full o'Max intensity...if I was an elevator in a building that had 90 floors...each button would have been pushed!! But we worked through it and had a few make up abrazos!!

The toughest thing right now is that he hears us, but does not reply. That and the "no" this and "no" that has returned. I know...he is just a lil'guy.

I guess missing out on my 615am-710am snooze did not help. Huh...missed out on snooze you say Bubba? Yup. After a good bed time, the noche had a few wake ups and then Max was up for good at 545am. Yikes. Videos at 615am with the instructions to let Poppa sleep until the alarm went off.

Max's imaginary alarm went off at 630am, 645am and then again at 705am. Oh Max!

Onto the morning rutina and other then Max spilling yogurt on my knee and dropping a fry pan on the tiled floor, the casa portion of our AM rutina went well.

Onto a short pre-Soriana prowl, something you know who decided he did not want to do, let alone do it in his new shoes.

A struggle to get some fotos and then onto the prowl we went. Hola hola to Poopie Loopie and then off to pick up some verdura for the pico de gallo.

Dropped off the pollo and into the camioneta verde we went for the short drive to the tienda. Hola hola to all the security guards and then it was "I push" followed by "NO Poppa" when I tried to avoid running into the stack of TVs.

After a little chat, I took control of the Captain's chair and Max decided he wanted to run...run up and down every aisle of the tienda. I had the only sweating niño in the air conditioned store!!

Loaded up, grabbed some more carbon for hot dog sábado and off we went. Home for leche y libros and a bit if a later siesta. The lil'man was pooped and slept almost 2 horas, waking up at 115pm.

I passed the baton over to madre, and wished her well.

Max y Bex cooked some pollo (ok, Bex cooked the pollo after Max became bored), washed some platos and then ate their comida. I think they are now at playa Santa Cruz and might have popped in to see one of Max's novias before coming home.

Me? I chowed down my comida and then was off to el gimnasio, returning home for some puttering around, clean up and soon it will be cooking time.

All caught up...onto the fotos.

Oh he does not like to pose for fotos. The best 3 out of 30 pre-prowl fotos.

But he is a contento niño who does smile. Just have the camera ready for when it occurs...like these next shots.

Note the new shoes.

And what has he been up to?

Max's new juego, game, is playing "¿dónde está el niño?" con Hairy.

And from ayer's mega hot afternoon prowl....

We moved off the sidewalk to avoid these escaleras, but saw no Mexicanos do the same. Not a superstition aquí?

Looking into the campo de fútbol, soccer pitch.

Looking for sombra and we found it on the canchas, courts.

But we needed to burn off some energy via a few laps on the well used campo.

Max and a signo that states he is in a peligro area. Hmmm...welcome to our mundo, world!!

Max wants to stand on a donated fire truck...

Max stands on the donated fire truck.

All the trucks here in town are ones that have been bought or donated from cities in California, Arizona or Texas.

Betsy is one lucky senorita.

Max has crawled this hill, walked this hill, rolled this hill and now has ridden this hill. Tough to see, but there are 2 senoritas in the background watching the lil'man in action.

New sliding doors at the mall and with Max outside, I pretend to be stuck and every time the doors close, I keep mouthing words to him. He thinks his Poppa is muy tonto...but I score a sonrisa!!

Madre snuck down and took a few fotos of her boys in the CP alberca.

Max's heart will be pounding, he will be trying to catch his breath, you try to assist him and he says "I am ok", turns around and goes back under water.

A chat, more like a diversion trying to buy time for him to catch his breath.

And just like that he throws his toy into the deep end, scrambles over the wall from the niño pool, and is gone...with his Poppa in hot pursuit.

Ok, you are caught up. Post cena we will have our bici tour and then after the lil'man falls asleep it will be date night in B10!! We have another pelicula to watch...score!!

Mañana...off to playa Mojon for the afternoon, home for Bubba burritos and then I will PVR the race and watch it on domingo.

Misc...Bex is not 100%, but is feeling waaaay better.

Buen fin de semana y hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
